In addition to all questions relating to consumer law, the Bonn advice center of the NRW consumer advice center also provides energy advice and resource conservation. As part of the "Bonn - all-round sustainability" event, interested Bonn residents can find out what they can do to help the environment, the climate and their own wallets under the motto "Finding forgotten treasures". This refers to all the forgotten things in cupboards, drawers and shelves from the cellar to the attic - whether T-shirts, toasters or smartphones - all of which are the result of the use of raw materials and energy. Simply throwing everything that is useless in the bin would be anything but sustainable. Perhaps individual devices can still be used after all? Maybe they can be repaired?
