Shellsons Kochmanufaktur is a young, biodynamic cooking school in Bonn-Beuel that aims to encourage as many people as possible to learn healthy and sustainable cooking with lots of fun and high-quality, regional organic food. The cooking school is located in a charming old print shop and was lovingly and sustainably built and furnished using wood from the region and equipment and tools produced in Germany. In addition to a variety of different cooking courses, fresh ingredients and good wines, the Kochmanufaktur brings very different people together - and offers a cheerful and delicious break from everyday life.
