Schutzgemeinschaft Deutscher Wald - Mindfulness trail

Experience the forest with all your senses - you can do this on the mindfulness trail in Kottenforst. The Schutzgemeinschaft Deutscher Wald (SDW) has developed six stations there that thematically focus on different senses and aim to train your own mindfulness.

Before the independent forest bathing, individually selectable exercises can be downloaded from the website in spoken and written form, which can then be listened to or read in any section of the forest. During the approximately two-hour tour, there is enough time to pause at the individual stations and find a mindful approach to the forest. Alternatively, the mindfulness trail with its eight stations can also be viewed on site and exercises can be accessed using QR codes on the boards at the stations. A great experience for the senses that creates more mindfulness for yourself and the environment.
