Globalization and fair trade - what does that have to do with me? The Bonn Greenwalkers answer this question. With their somewhat different city walks entitled "Bonnfairtraut!?", they offer insights into the production and trade routes of everyday items. Together, they discover alternatives to problematic products and track down sustainable shopping opportunities and local initiatives. Once a quarter, the Greenwalkers offer free guided tours in Bonn city center. The topics range from clothing, cell phones, soccer and cosmetics to coffee and chocolate, climate protection and mobility.

The Greenwalker team is made up of committed Bonn residents who are committed to greater sustainability and fair trade in the city. Some members have worked as development aid workers and have personally experienced the consequences of unchecked consumption for the Global South.
