"Helping instead of looking away": the Verein für Gefährdetenhilfe (VFG) offers a wide range of support options for people facing severe social difficulties. One of the many projects is the  textile processing center in Bonn (TIB) (opens in a new tab).

Here, not only are women with a migration background specifically supported, but at the same time sustainable products are manufactured that avoid unnecessary waste. Charming upcycled clothes and accessories are created from clothing donations, which are altered, decorated or completely redesigned.
