The neighbourhood management in Pennenfeld is a cooperation project between Vereinigte Bonner Wohnungsbau AG (VEBOWAG), the AWO Ortsverein Bad Godesberg e.V. and the Caritasverband für die City of Bonn e.V. The aim of the project is to improve living and housing conditions on site and to create and strengthen sustainable social structures.

Funded by the City of Bonn, the neighborhood management's offerings, which include the "Naturinsel Pennenfeld " and the "PikoPark", two nature-oriented and sustainable garden projects, are aimed at all Pennenfeld residents. However, public and social institutions, initiatives, associations, companies and tradespeople as well as other interested parties who are active and based in the district are also cordially invited to take part.
