The vegetable gardens for rent from "Meine Ernte" enable city dwellers and gardening enthusiasts across Germany to grow fresh, regional vegetables. In Bonn, the first vegetable rental gardens were created more than ten years ago by organic farmer Palm. They were already planted with around 20 vegetable plants when they were taken over. Water, gardening tools and expert advice from the "Meine Ernte" team and the farmers are all part of the concept. Anyone who does not have their own garden or allotment in Bonn has the opportunity to grow, tend and harvest seasonal vegetables themselves.
