The Experiment association has been promoting intercultural exchange for over 90 years. This year, the association became the first exchange organization in Germany to publish a sustainability report. Experiment's commitment to sustainability is diverse - for example, green electricity, environmentally friendly paper, fair-trade coffee and sustainable financial products at the office, as well as flight compensation. As a non-profit organization, cultural exchange comes first and not profit. Any surpluses are reinvested in the form of training and further education for volunteers or scholarships for participants.
